Nationwide mail-in

Too far to visit? Ship it to us.

Get board-level repair from anywhere in the country. Start online, print your ship-to label and repair ticket, and send it in. We diagnose it, quote you, fix it, and mail it back.

Step by step

How mail-in works.

Clear and simple, from your door to fixed and back.

1

Start online

Fill in the short form below with your device, the problem, and your address.

2

Print your label and ticket

The moment you submit, the site creates your unique repair ticket and a printable ship-to label. Print it.

3

Pack your device

Wrap it well and put it in a sturdy box with padding so nothing shifts around in transit.

4

Attach the label and ship

Tape the printed label to the box as the shipping address, then take it to USPS, UPS or FedEx and pay for shipping. Keep your tracking number.

5

We diagnose and quote you

When it arrives, we find the real problem and send you a clear, upfront quote tied to your ticket. No surprises.

6

Approve, and we fix it

Once you approve the quote and pay for the repair, we get to work. No fix means no repair fee.

7

Shipped safely back

We test it, pack it, and ship it back to your door, good as new and under a 90 day warranty covering both the part we replaced and the labour on it.

Good to know: the label you print is your ship-to address and repair ticket. You add your own postage at the post office or carrier. Prefer a fully prepaid label? Ask us and we will send one.

Do this before you seal the box

Write your ticket number on the outside of the box, and put a note with your name and phone number inside. Without it we have a device and no idea whose it is, which holds up your repair while we work out who to call.

Next: print this, pack your device in a padded box, tape the label on as the address, then add postage at USPS, UPS or FedEx. We already have your details and will watch for your package.

Already sent your device without a ticket?

It happens. Fill in the form above anyway with your details and what you sent, and mention in the notes that it is already on its way. We will match it to your package when it lands.

If it has already arrived and you have not heard from us, call or text (303) 704-6985 — that is the fastest way to claim it.

"I 100% recommend. My controller was packaged well and I got it back just 2 days after it shipped out to me. It operates perfectly, not a scratch."

Shipping questions

Mailing it in, answered.

Yes, you cover shipping to us and add your own postage when you drop off the package. Return shipping is included once your repair is paid. Want a fully prepaid inbound label instead? Just ask and we will send one.

Use a sturdy box with padding (bubble wrap or foam) so the device cannot move. For consoles and laptops, wrap the whole unit. Remove SD cards, discs and cases if you can.

It is your repair ticket, so we can instantly match your package to your request. It is not postage, so you still add shipping at the carrier.

We contact you as soon as it arrives, using the details from your form, and again with your diagnostic and quote. Your tracking number from the carrier also tells you when it is delivered.
